I love working for the third sector and have done so for over 20 years, 12 of which in senior leadership roles in charities that have supported children and young people, victims of crime and socially excluded individuals.

I joined Natural Ability as CEO in 2018 and have loved seeing the organisation grow and evolve. It's a pleasure to spend my days working alongside colleagues who are all passionate about creating exceptional services for people with learning disabilities.
