I joined Natural Ability in 2011 as Financial Administrator and Support Worker, with a background as a Legal Secretary.

Over my years with the charity I have developed my skills and knowledge, and have progressed to my current role of Director of Business Services, looking after all of the essential, back-office functions which keep the charity running.

Developing new and existing services at West orchard house has been exciting and fulfilling, particularly seeing the difference our services make to people's lives.
