I joined Natural Ability in 2011 as Financial Administrator and Support Worker, with a background as a Legal Secretary.

 

Over the years I have worked my way up to my current position of Finance Manager and I also look after the IT and facilities.

Developing new and existing services at West orchard house has been exciting and fulfilling, particularly seeing the difference our services make to people's lives.
