I originally started my working life in mainstream education where I had my first experiences of working with children and families with SEND, and completely fell in love with it.

I went on to work in a specialist school and began working for Natural Ability in 2015.

Since then I have worked frontline within Supported Living, Education and Day Services and now I'm in a position to be able to help build and develop new services and opportunities for the people we support which is one of my favourite things about my job.
