I’ve recently joined Natural Ability as the new Director of Operations after spending the past 4 years working within an advocacy service, with the past 3 years as a Contract Manager. Although short, I have spent the last 13 years working within the third sector, starting in a homeless hostel for 72 16-25 years olds, to working with looked after young people leaving children’s homes and then working with the Probation Service.
In my personal and professional career I’ve always worked with community groups and commissioners to, not only support people, but to also come up with a solution to a problem. I’m very much looking forward to using these skills to not only grow Natural Ability but to continue to provide an excellent service for people we support.
