With a background in SEND, I made the move to Natural Ability in 2016, initially as an Alternative Education Co-ordinator, and now as the Registered Manager for Supported Living.
I feel that building strong relationships and working collaboratively with the people we support, families, support staff and professionals, ensures that everyone feels valued and heard.
The role can be challenging but is equally incredibly rewarding.
