we like to be flexible
As part of your annual leave entitlement, you have the flexibility to make it work for you. You can choose to carry over unused leave into the next year or sell any leave you don’t need, giving you greater control over your time off and benefits. Once you have passed your probation period you also have the opportunity to purchase additional holiday hours on top of the standard entitlement. This means you can enjoy more well-deserved time off while spreading the cost over the year.
