Natural Ability ISL Service: Empowering Independence for Over a Decade
Natural Ability has been a trusted provider of supported living services for individuals with learning disabilities for over 10 years. We support both young adults and adults over the age of 18, helping them lead fulfilling lives in their own homes.

Comprehensive Support Tailored to Individual Needs
Whether individuals choose to live independently or with a friend, our dedicated support staff are available 24/7 to meet their needs. From a few hours a day to around-the-clock care, we provide personalised support to ensure the well-being and independence of each individual.

Expert ISL Team
Our support staff and managers undergo intensive training to deliver the highest quality care. We collaborate closely with individuals, their families, and professionals to ensure our team receives any additional, bespoke training necessary to meet evolving and diverse needs. Our current ISL support team includes approximately 45 support workers, guided by a Senior Registered Manager, three ISL Managers, and an ISL Co-ordinator.

Regulated Service
Natural Ability's ISL service is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), ensuring our services are safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led. Our services undergo regular inspections and have consistently been rated Good overall, with an Outstanding rating for Responsiveness. The latest inspection report and rating can be viewed below.

Operating Hours
Our ISL service operates 24/7, 365 days a year, including Christmas and bank holidays. Additionally, our management team provides an out-of-office hours on-call service to ensure continuous support for both our staff and the individuals we care for.
